Phygital, event technology & interactive DOOH

Systems that make physical participation visible, shareable and measurable — from an airport wishes wall to games on transit-stop screens.

What it solves

Physical and digital often run as two separate activities: a stand here, a hashtag there. People don’t see why their action matters.

We connect them, so what someone does in the space directly changes what appears on their phone or on the shared screen.

How a phygital flow works

What we build

From the venue to the shared screen.

DOOH & outdoor

Turn a billboard or transit-stop screen into a playable or QR-connected experience without losing the campaign message.

Events & exhibitions

Kiosks, touch interfaces, camera or sensor interactions that make participation visible and work within the venue’s capacity.

Public spaces & live walls

Messages, wishes and approved user content appear on shared screens, with moderation and responsibility for live operation defined.

Selected work

Livewall — Community Video Screen Experiences

Livewall: selected creator videos and campaign guidance on shared screens, applied for Garnier Scan, Share & Shine.

Wishes Wall — Shared Message Experiences

Wishes Wall: personal messages connected to a shared display, with the İGA Ramadan Wishes Wall application.

Community Mosaic — Shared Campaign Experiences

Community Mosaic: a reusable preparation, publishing and scheduled reveal system, applied for Garnier Live, Share & Glow.

Scan, Pass & Play · Istanbul Quiz

The Istanbul camera quiz within Mastercard’s transit campaign: the participant stays in frame while city questions appear above; campaign partners credited separately.

Ramadan Wishes Wall

A mobile wish composer and acknowledgement connected with a shared airport display.

Amigo · AR Billboard

A Mecidiyeköy outdoor placement connected with a personal phone-camera product encounter.

What breaks on site, and how we plan for it

On-site projects are driven by operations as much as by software:

How we work

Timelines depend on how clear the idea is, approvals and platform reviews, so we give dates after seeing the brief and approval flow.

Discovery

We clarify the real problem, success criteria, channel, expected traffic, timeline and constraints.

Concept & validation

The idea is shaped with its user flow and brand link, and checked for platforms, devices, APIs, moderation and fallback.

Prototype

A proof of concept shows the core interaction early. We state which parts work and which are representative.

Design & build

Mobile-first UX, staged delivery with test links, and analytics set up as part of the build.

Launch & operation

Hosting, monitoring, API usage tracking and on-site technical support for live events.

Report

Performance data, learnings and options to reuse or scale what was built.

Questions

Do you provide hardware and on-site staff?

We build the software and run technical operations on site. Hardware rental, venue power and internet, and event staff are scoped separately, and we agree responsibilities with the event agency and AV team up front.

What if the venue internet goes down?

Critical flows get a fallback — a local network, offline mode or backup devices — and we test on site before opening.

Can visitors’ content go on a big screen safely?

Yes, with real-time moderation. On the Istanbul Airport Wishes Wall, messages were moderated in real time before appearing on the live wall.

Does interactive DOOH work in busy public spaces?

Yes. Within Mastercard’s Istanbul transit campaign we built the Istanbul camera quiz: the participant stays in frame on their phone while a question about the city appears above them. The case study shows the quiz in its campaign setting.
