AI-powered campaign experiences
AI as the engine behind a personal, on-brand result — not a prompt box that returns random images.
What it solves
Generative AI is easy to demo and hard to run at a concert, an airport or a national campaign: queues build up, outputs drift off-brand, API costs spike, and one bad image can become the story.
We design the input, the style system, moderation, the waiting experience and the cost model together, so the result feels personal and stays safe at scale.
What we build
- AI photo booths and kiosks for events
- Photo transformations that keep a person’s likeness
- Personalised posters, cards, avatars and product outputs
- Real-time AI output on LED screens
- Multimodal experiences combining voice, text and image
- Brand characters and assistants
- Moderated user-generated content
- Queue, retry and failure handling for high traffic
Personal output, designed for the setting.
Concerts & live events
A participant’s photo becomes a moderated stage or screen output. Generation time and queue capacity are tested with the event flow.
Launches & retail
Personalised portraits, posters or product visuals that can be downloaded, shared or printed as part of a brand interaction.
Digital participation
A mobile campaign lets people create a personal result from a short input, with brand rules, consent and usage limits in the same flow.
Selected work
JJ Arena — AI Concert Stage Experience
Concert-goers’ photos and musical choices became personalised performance visuals connected to the stage screen.
Persona Maker — Campaign Experiences
Persona Maker connects photo input, creative choices and campaign-specific visual results.
Ramadan’s Digital Tale
A themed mobile portrait journey with camera capture, processing feedback and personalised output.
Strong vs. weak AI experiences
AI is not the idea. It is the engine that makes the idea possible. What we design for:
- Short, clear input: A selfie and one choice beat a blank prompt.
- The brand shapes the result: Style, story or product should define the output, not just a logo in the corner.
- Personal, not generic: Each output should look made for that person, and different from the next one.
- Managed waiting: Progress steps and micro-copy instead of an empty spinner, and a retry path when generation fails.
- Safety by design: Constrained input, a prompt layer, output moderation and human approval where screens are public.
- Cost modelled up front: Users, generations per user and output size are calculated before launch.
AI projects have one more cost line than most. The main factors:
- Expected users and generations per user
- Model and API usage, shown as a package or per use
- Hardware: kiosks, screens and printers
- Moderation and approval workflow
- Days of live operation and on-site support
- Data and image retention requirements (KVKK/GDPR)
How we work
Timelines depend on how clear the idea is, approvals and platform reviews, so we give dates after seeing the brief and approval flow.
Discovery
We clarify the real problem, success criteria, channel, expected traffic, timeline and constraints.
Concept & validation
The idea is shaped with its user flow and brand link, and checked for platforms, devices, APIs, moderation and fallback.
Prototype
A proof of concept shows the core interaction early. We state which parts work and which are representative.
Design & build
Mobile-first UX, staged delivery with test links, and analytics set up as part of the build.
Launch & operation
Hosting, monitoring, API usage tracking and on-site technical support for live events.
Report
Performance data, learnings and options to reuse or scale what was built.
Questions
How are AI costs handled?
Model and API costs are shown separately from the build: as an estimated usage package, a price per generation, a package up to a set number of outputs, or billed on actual usage. We don’t promise unlimited generations when user numbers are unknown.
What if the AI produces something inappropriate?
We limit what users can enter, control prompts on our side, moderate outputs and add human approval before anything reaches a public screen when needed.
What happens to visitors’ photos?
Storage and deletion rules are agreed before launch and designed for KVKK/GDPR compliance.
How fast is the output?
It depends on the model, output format, network and generation queue. End-to-end timing should be measured under the project’s actual operating conditions before a performance figure is published.
